Nonviolent Communication
The session offers a focus on deep listening—to ourselves as well as others—helping you discover the depth of your own compassion. We discover together that all human beings are only trying to honor universal values and needs, every minute and every day.
Come, let’s be reminded of the natural state of compassion when no violence is present in our heart. This type of communication reminds us what we already instinctively know about how good it feels to authentically connect to another human being.
NVC is seen as both a spiritual practice & a concrete set of skills which help us create life-serving families and communities.

Thinking Patterns
Let’s examine our thinking patterns! If you looked at the contents of your mind, would most of your thoughts be positive/optimistic and accepting, or negative/pessimistic and cynical? Our ability to gauge our well-being is tied to what we think, and the content of our thoughts. Let’s ask: “are my thoughts suggest calm/contentment, or anger/disappointment and anxiety?
This session provides insight regarding the pros and cons of the content in our mind and our thoughts. Could our assumptions and cognitive distortions leave us feeling more unhappy about our lives? Explore with me the effects of those thinking errors and what you can do to change your thinking patterns -

What is the big deal with Feelings! Why do we have them, and what is the fuss about identifying them and regulating them!
Here’s a spoiler: While emotions are our first responders in real life, Feelings happen as we begin to integrate the emotion, they are something we sense.

What is being healthy, can it differ between a person and another, can I do something about it or am I bound genetically to accept its fate?
