Want to understand your Emotions and Feelings? Want to feel less overwhelmed by them? Here are some resources to go deeper with Emotional Intelligence.
Session 1: Let’s learn about our brain, its emotional reactions. We will define EI and how it manifests in our day.
Session 2: Let’s identify and name the 8 primary emotions and understand how they can intertwine as agonists and antagonists; how their intensity affects our relationships and interactions.

Broaden your perspectives with the Iceberg Model
Our attitudes and behaviors do not only reflect our characters and personalities. They can also be indicators of the structures and beliefs that affect our choices. Can our experiences be influenced by the dynamics that form the framework within which we operate, and understand how things work?
Session 1: Packed together in a nutshell, we explore what, when, where and how we can leap over exasperation and angst, how can we move beyond the pressure of a group we can be working with at work or anywhere.
Session 2: One on One session with me, let’s be practical and explore a specific situation you are living where you feel paralyzed, or where you are experiencing tension, pressures and a deep stuck feeling.
